William Fletcher concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential mortgage lending, commercial and residential development and conveyancing, leasing, lease enforcement and evictions, real property title disputes and title insurance law, formation and maintenance of homeowners associations and condominiums, small business acquisitions and sales and estate planning and administration. As past attorney with the firm of Phillips Lytle, LLP, and partner of Davidson Fink, LLP and Barrett Greisberger Fletcher LLP, he has substantial banking regulatory compliance experience. Mr. Fletcher has lectured on real estate topics for the New York State Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Association and National Business Institute and is a member of the Real Estate and Business Law Sections of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations. Mr. Fletcher currently serves as Town Justice to the Town of Mendon, and counsel to the Mendon Fire District and formerly as Mendon Town Attorney. He is a member and past President of the Honeoye Falls Mendon Rotary Club. Mr. Fletcher received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 1981 and is admitted to practice in New York and Indiana. Mr. Fletcher received his bachelor degree with high distinction in 1977 from the University of Rochester.
